Means of delivery
We work together with UPS and the Post office to make our deliveries, which generally are as follows:
- Within Sweden;
• Letter delivered by A-post. This is used for smaller items with low value. The letter or small parcel is normally delivered the next day to your letter box.
• Parcel delivered by Post office. The item/s are sent by post and you will either get notified by a notice in your letter box, an e-mail or a SMS to your mobile phone. You then collect your parcel at the local collecting office. If you choose to be notified by e-mail or SMS you can usually collect your parcel the following day.
- Outside Sweden;
• UPS standard- or express parcels. The items are delivered by UPS and you will be notified by an e-mail. For more information about UPS and their expected delivery time to your destination please visit www.ups.com.
