Service: Helsport will always repair a damaged product for a very reasonable price. The thought behind this is that their products should be used for an extended period of time, providing both quality and value for money.
Spare parts: Helsport guarantee that spare parts, such as tent posts, tent cords and tent pegs will be available at least 10 years after a product has been sold.
Product guarantee: Helsport gives a 5 year product guarantee on material- or manufacturing faults. However, this guarantee does not cover claims due to accidents, negligent use or normal wear and tear.
